I started making dreamcatchers at a really young age for fun with no instuction or guidance. I believe this was a gift passed down from my Indian ancestors. When I was in my early 20's I decided to try making them again. My first one sold the day I made it! I decided to make more and sure enough they sold as well! Before I knew it they were in many stores through-out south Fl. and I was selling wholesale to Zoos and larger establishments. I can't even count how many I have made so far in my life but I know my work is not done yet~!

The Legand of the Dreamcatcher- Many,many moons ago our Indian ancestors made dreamcatchers to protect their young ones from nightmares in their sleep. The dreamcatcher should be hung above the bed of the individual. At night the dreams are filtered through the web. The good dreams flow down through the feathers to the person dreaming.  The bad dreams are caught in the center of it until the morning sunlight shines through the web and clears all bad dreams out.

To personalize or focus the dreamcatcher to an individual you should wrap a peice of hair from the person that is having nightmares through the webbing and hang it over that persons bed.
